Granted I'm fairly new to climbing so this maybe wrong. But I wanted to share an excersise I found helped me alot. Let me know what you think.

In my house I have a staircase going up. What I do is I stand next to the stair case, literaly by the side of it, and I hang on to the stair, then I climb up the stiars, from the side, using my arms. So in effect you're climbing the stairs by pulling yourself up, and since your hanging on to the stairs it gives your fingers a great workout. It helps alot I think and if you have a staircase at home its like a hands only climbing wall in your own home. what do you think?

Good one, also if the back of your stair case is open, try to campus up and down the back of it! If you have carpet on your staircase it also makes it kind of slippry!

A friend of mine does his workouts underneath his stairs. It's a pretty cool idea, especially if you're short on space for a climbing wall.

hey thats acctully a really good idea. i dont know if it will go over to well with my parents but im going to do do both of those till i get yeled at. then i will just do it when there not home.

i alway campus a staircase that is open on its downside. just cant help myself
