It's kind of hit or miss. If you're on a sunny route and it's sunny with no wind you should be fine. The sun hits the wall around 11am and most routes get sun around 12 or 1. I'd opt for Rumbling Bald, Looking Glass or Stone Mountain instead.

The weather at Looking Glass, can be marginal as well due to the elevation. Rumbling bald is about 1000 feet lower and typically has better weather than the Glass.

In reply to: The weather at Looking Glass, can be marginal as well due to the elevation. Rumbling bald is about 1000 feet lower and typically has better weather than the Glass. South Side of the Glass will be toasty in those temps, at least after mid morning, but I agree -- the Bald is a safer bet. Shortoff, like bumblie said, could be hit or miss. If you head that way, don't bother getting too early a start and stay out of the Tilted World until at least 2 PM. Edit: Y'know, it could very well be perfect sending weather out there. I'd go for it, especially if you have a project waiting.
