Besides, now's your chance to spank Jeremy on a few routes. It'll be his first day back on the new rib. :D K BRC tuesday, R&J thrusday... mmmm plastic. 6ish both days, my skin hurts. Hey zozo (Dave), did you get your madrock flash resoled after they blew up? I got my resoled, have to see how they do with C4. KT

Hey Guys - remember me? :-) I leave for a couple of weeks and everyone moves the gym time to Thursdays... Can't make it then. If anyone is up for Wed and R&J North - give me a holler... Steve

Is there an R&J South crew? That route north up 25 is too much, though I'd be ready to burn some frustration!

If you've never had any avy training, the REI clinic is worth the time. But obviosly they can't get in-depth enough in the time that they have to give you the kind of knowledge you need if you are going to be doing any serious BC travel.

There are avalanche topo maps for sale around town. Wilderness Exchange will have some in soon. Basically it's a straight topo witht the known avalanche slopes colored in. They also have several avalanche books.

I'm already climbing Sat with Jer at Eldo. Planning on hitting Anthill Direct and maybe....maybe Blind Faith again. (pleaasssseeeee Jeremy). But I was thinking about heading over on Sunday to lead some easier routes myself. Depends if I can find a second that can make it through the narcolepsy that results in following a new leader. May see you two at the Whale's Tail. Can anyone offer any other suggestions for easy lead routes (5.5-easy 5.7) at Eldo--besides on the Wind Tower or Whale's Tail? K

Sound like there will be a small group getting together for some ice climbing at Lincoln Falls on Saturday. If anyone else wants to join the fun, send me a pm and I'll fill you in on the details.

Zozo: If you are chomping at the bit to climb some ice, you can borrow my tools. They're ancient but they work. Let me know if you want 'em for the weekend, since I'm stuck at the office
