I've just joined the forum and i want to know what you mean by the "warriors way' mentality of climbing.
I like to climb with a totally empty mind with no concious thoughts at all. When i acheive tghis mental state, I almost certainly crack the route that i am on.

When people mention the "Warriors Way" they are making reference to the book "The Rock Warriors Way", written by Arno Illner. The Rock Warriors way outlines a series of mental excersises and process' that many find to be beneficial to their rock climbing. This forum is dedicated to those that wish to put these practices to use.

You can buy the book The Rock Warrior's Way by Arno Ilgner. This forum was set up for discussion of the principles explained in the book, and having a copy of the book is a requirement for joining this forum, as explained at the top of the forum index page. Since you don't have the book, I'm going to remove you from the usergroup. Please feel free to rejoin after you've acquired a copy of the book. Sorry about the misunderstanding.
