Hiya! i have created my own forum for Alaska
First members get a free email address @alaskamountainforum.com !
Hiking,Skiing,Biking,Climbing, and all! Now this is not to take away from RC.com cause this place rocks!!! but its hard to alaskans to meet on this large board including the whole west coast in one section hehe. so this board is dedicated entirely to alaskan climbing. Come in stay have fun and enjoy!!
Board also includes a Photo Album for uploading Alaska Photos and a Calendar of Alaskan events such as Avalanche classes and outdoor trips.

I would suggest all Alaskans and people who would like to come to Alaska to join this forum. It'll be full of GREAT beta and what is good climbing/hiking and what is not. You can also easily arrange for meetings through the forum and gear trades will become so much easier when you can pick things up instead of mailing.... :D

Prez has done quite a bit of updating in the last few days. Come check it out definently worth your time if your an Alaskan Climber!
