I was just at the CASBC site and noticed that they have a May 29 update to the Lower Malamute closure. Basically summarizes what the state of access is (none) and a little about what proposals have been made to BC Rail to open the Lower Malamute again.
I was also in Valhalla Pure in Squamish and they have a more thorough writeup of the access proposal in their books section.
