Has anyone else done or seen a flip where you start with your feet long on the line and do a cartwheel in the air. It looks rad when you keep your arms to your sides. What would be a good name for it. I thought rainbow flip was a cool name but isn't that a skateboard trick? I don't know but its a cool trick and it deserves a good name.

Is this an aerial? Me and a friend tried them once, but weren't successful. It's definitely doable though, and any flip is awesome! :)

you may be describing a linkin loop, if you are standing on the line heel to toe and you flipoff of it sideways and land looking in the same direction as you started, so you are doing a barrel roll. if this is the move you are doing then that is a name for the trick and if is not then you should think of a cool name for it. I saw a friend try one of these and was prompted to try some too...good news, not too tricky...bad news, they twist your ankles on the landing :(. If youre looking for some advice on how to do it check out some free style skiing websites, or just go for it, basically you try to grab your ankles as they go above your head and that causes your torso to follow your feet through the flip. Good luck!
