Classic Joshua Tree Routes and Boulders is finally out... [March, 2011].
[image]http://www.supertopo.com/photos/6/80/189517_19540_L.jpg[/image] Carefully researched with detailed information on driving, parking, approach, descents, gear, route descriptions, FA info., sun/shade, large color photos, accurate and usable maps and historical notes and stories by many of the people who established the routes and boulders. GPS coordinates will be coming soon as well as digital apps
for most IPhone and Android and others.
500 of the best routes, mostly 5.7 to 5.11+ and 185 of the best boulder problems.
December 2011 will see the release of Joshua Tree East which will cover Echo Rock area, Comic Book, Barker Dam, Southern Wonderland, Ryan Valley, Saddle Rocks, Hall of Horrors and Sheep Pass. Will cover about 2000 routes and be in full color.
All new information, carefully researched, with hundreds of new routes (not recycled information cribbed from older guides and web sites.) Will include detail like Joshua Tree West, but will also include GPS and be available in digital versions.
