My first love was riding bikes. Or was it New York City? Or was it Barbara, the lythe and kind waitress from Greenwhich Village, whom I fell madely for, and kissed (while it was snowing... too much) my first kiss benieth an tree at the Cloisters... Or maybe it _was_ climbing! I climbed all over the place as a wee lad. I purchased my first set of nuts 6 years ago. I guess that\'s when it formally began. I balance climbing with school, work (exotic dancing (Vertical Relief is just a side job)) and my extreeeeemely demanding social life. (I\'m very popular and attractive, or at least that\'s what my grandma tells me in her daily emails.) (Wow that was weird.) I love reading things that I\'m not smart enough to comprehend and drinking beer and coffee (not usually at the same time.) (Perhaps the alcohol or caffeine helps offset the frustration of reading things I don\'t understand...) When I\'m note in work or in school (which is about ~55 hours a week (too much, but worth it)) I\'m hopefully climbing rocks, or pounding bolts in to pristine bits of rock, after scrubbing off several layers of (probably endangered) lichen, and chipping a few good holds to clip off of. (I am extremely kidding.) I do love new routing these days, though, and have been whacking’ in a rawl or 2.
