I'm a 5.9 sport climber and I'm getting comfortable with the fact that eventually I'll be the worst climber in the family. Wolfegirl (at age 10) has awesome technique and pulls moves that I couldn't dream of making. Being 4'4" limits her a bit, but she led her first 5.8 not to long ago. She's getting into this USAC competitive climbing thing but we are definately trying to keep her balanced. We skipped Divisionals in favor of a trip to the New. Wolfeboy (age 8) is our boulderer. He's not a big fan of heights but he sure doesn't mind falling from 10 feet. We found some cool lava rock to boulder on the northern California coast and wolfeboy was in heaven! Wolfedad was sidelined by a disc herniation and subsequent surgery earlier this year. But now he's back to it and I'm thrilled to have a belay partner again!!
