Description
The Tikka is so light and compact it is hardly noticeable while you are wearing it. The three LED (light-emitting diodes) bulbs have a life span of multiple years and provide light for over 150 hours on three AAA batteries. Even though LED's are not bright enough for true nighttime route finding, the Tikka performs incredibly well when tied into a rope team, hiking at night, and when you are at camp cooking up your dinner. And since size and weight are so minimal it is a great item to add to your emergency kit.

Great light. I only have one complaint. My glasses catch a bit of light from it. This is VERY distracting for trail running. Otherwise it rocks.

A must as everyone says. I use it all the time and always have it on me, always. That thing helped me so many times I would never leave it behind.

This is a good light for the size but there are brighter 3 led light headlamps for the same price or cheaper i recommend the princeton tec Aurora.

This product would get 5 biners if Petzl had not created the Tikka Plus. Lightweight, batteries last forever, ample light output for most uses.

This is a great headlamp. The battery life is well over one hundred hours, and the brightness is more than satisfactory. It is light and sturdy and will most likely hold up for years. You won't feel bad using it either simply because the battery life is so good.
