I run and hike in these, but they're great

These shoes are absolutely the comfiest running style sneakers around. I use them for running and yard work and all sorts of stuff. I don't like big heavy shoes, as I believe that they can cause you to twist your ankle and also walk like an astronaut, and these are super-light and really comfy. Size up about one whole size, so if you're usually a 42.5 go with 43.5. Trust me on this one, they don't work if you buy your normal size.
