Description
Scallops are built with a taper along the narrow orientation and straight - sided along their width, permitting a perfect placement in either straight - sided or curved cracks. The scalloped edges permit fine - tuned security as you fit it over and around small crystals or rugosities. On the smaller sizes, the scallops will deform, slightly, under load, providing even more security. Cut and machined from extruded aluminum alloy, each head is anodized and color-coded for quick identification.--OmPac

They do what the are meant to do. The color coding is very nice, and the nuts are pretty cheap!

Great for all around use easy to place however the wire tends to bend and stay bent when placed in a weird slot.

They compliment my WC rock quite nicely, I find the mid-sizes to be the most pleasing. The cables are a little floppy for the biggest sizes.

I dunno if Omega bought out Smiley's or what; these nuts are pretty much the same as the original Smiley's except for the scallpos. I found that their "sideways" placements were more splid than Smiley's. I used these to double and triple up my nut rack. I really like their placement and the colour coding is quite helpfull.
