Snow and Sand Tent Anchors

Call these tent anchors into action wherever the ground is too soft to hold standard tent stakes. Deploy them like parachutes, scooping snow or sand into the fabric panels, then bury them a few inches below the surface. Cord loops attach to stakeout points on tent or guylines. Anchors are lightweight and take up minimal space in your pack.
