A good pack, even for cragging or longer approaches. It will hold a rope and most personal gear, along with your 10 essentials and lunch. Might also hold a reasonable sized rack and Helmet with some creative packing. Older models do not have a zip-out floor between the top and bottom compartments (I cut mine out to make my rope bag fit easier). Although designed primarily for the adventure racing market, it makes a good crag pack as well.
