terrific all-purpose approach shoe
Review by: godfather2, 2012-07-02
I've had these for about 8 months and have used them to hike in the muddle patches of fl, short-to-mid level approaches at red rocks & red river gorge, some light climbing, and even street use. they excel as an approach shoe when your pack isn't too heavy and you're not trekking it for over 10 miles. as a climbing shoe they are surprisingly sticky and confidence inspiring. I've climbed up to 5.7 trad in them in nv and I know I could've easily gone up a few grades, but that's what my actual climbing shoes are for. I feel like they are holding up well and are worth the money ... although I BOUGHT MY PAIR FOR $90!
