I've owned my tent for a season and a half now. It kept me dry for the first 3 months I owned it during hurricane season in Alabama. It then began leaking (although I had sealed the seams) through the wall that only has the 3/4 rain fly. I contacted Eureka who did allow me to return it for water testing, then 9 weeks later sent me a new tent. I have used this tent once for a week long outing in Kentucky only to notice my new tent has several small holes allowing bugs in. The new version is a very easy set-up with lots of inside room and good ventilation, but that does not compensate for waking up with biting ants inside the tent.

They are a nice tent, I used mine for a week in CO where afternoon showers came every day and i never had a problem with leaking, but i seam sealed every seam. I recommend only two people in the tent but i did fit three people with some overlaping. With two people condensation is not a prblem, three however puts water on the walls. For 100 bucks you cant go wrong. But when it rains everytime you open the vestibule the collected rain falls on your stuff. Trying to put everything back into the stuff sack is a pain in the ass. Its a good tent but i want to upgrade to an msr or kelty. Buy it on Outek.com(excellent retailer), if you dont like the tent for any reason you can send it back for a refund(you pay for the shipping).

These are my troop's new tents. Setup is somewhat tricky. The tent is big enough to move around in and the vestibules are adequately large. The fly does not go all the way down on one side to the tent. We had a couple complaints of leaky seams because of that. I think we can fix the issue with a little seam sealer. They are light and are the right price. A decent 3 season tent for the money.
