I keep mine on the emergency brake lever in the car. I use it from time to time. The sad thing about it is it reminds me of climbing when I'm driving to work. Not it's fault.

Helps grip strength a ton! No annoying sounds unlike Dyno Flex

Use for warm up! It may not be a very effective exercise but it sure does get your muscles warmed up efficeintly! I bring mine to crags where I know its going to be hard to warm up...Use for about 3 minutes before you start climbing and like magic you'll climb harder.

I feel that the only way to train hands and forearms for climbing is by climbing. Otherwise, all of the forearm trainers I have used have produced similar results: increased grip strength. I actually prefer the "rubber donut" over the others, but you've got to use it several times a day to see any results.

Maybe good if your a starting climber, i got this, and the only way to get a workout is if you sit there and squeeze it for hours, just dont have the time, plus after you have for a while the rubber starts to crack a little.
