Now hard to find, these stopper knock offs work great. May be a bit smaller than a stopper. Soem sets had extra long wires. Good for those hard to reach placements.

Awesome bang for your buck. These were my first set of nuts and still the ones i use most. The color-coded anodizing makes selection really easy, and the geometry is almost identical to stoppers.

Affordable and necessary! The perfect nut as it won't break the piggy bank and does the same thing as other nuts. Also, I like the anodizing, and have learned what a purple placement looks like, a red placement, etc... Also, 1-3 I don't believe are a waste of money, especially if you're aiding. They have their use, albeit limited, in places like Eldo and other runout face areas.

I own almost 3 sets of smilies and there is nothing more comforting than the feel of the #13 snuging into a crack. The smallest 3 are pretty much worthless, I dont think i've ever used them (I weigh in around 210#). The anodizing is probably the next best feature of these nuts, its very easy to identify the size you want after you've used them for a while.

The smiley's stoppers are the same as the ABC Huevos, just a name change that all. They are good stoppers and are identical to those cool old slung versions smiley was making, sans the sling. The small sizes are probably only good for aid climbing, teeny-tiny cable. If you can dig some up some where, buy them.
