Crocs 5 out of 5 stars

Review by: stoehnercd, 2008-02-19

When it comes to keeping your feet dry, no matter the circumstance, Crocs fit the job description. I have never been let down by mine. Go the extra mile and pick up a pair of the expedition. You won't regret it.

An almost impenatrable barrier against the elements.

I love these! A must have for anyone who gets out in the snow much, for sure. I'll never head out without mine.

I purchase my first pair about 5 years ago and just retired them and got another pair. I've used them for duck hunting, hiking in both the summer and winter and snowshoeing/ice climbing.

Make sure you get the right size to fit over your boots you intend to use them with. A "L" fit over my hiking boots nicely but not over my ice climbing boots. I had to buy an "XL"

Crocs are an impermeable barrier to the elements. These gaiters are worth the extra money. For me, they have been 100% successful at keeping out snow, water, mud, and wet elk doo. Word to the wise--if you are ever going to wash them, make sure you fasten the Velcro together (close the gaiter). Otherwise, the hooks on the hook-and-loop closure will wreak havoc on the Nylon cinch strap.
