I love this rope. I have heard a lot about Mammut but haven't seen them out at the crags all that much. Either way, I bought this rope and love it. It's my workhorse rope and I use it on everything. It's spent hours on top rope, taken numerous lead falls, dragged in the nastiest of dirt and mud and still looks as beautiful as it operates. No flat spots, nominal fraying of the sheath(would expect much more on other ropes). Definitely recommended.

Love this rope, the bi-pattern is key and is now a personal standard when choosing a rope. The 9.8mm makes it a nice rope for those redpoints and a nice alternative to your workhorse rope. I have dropped quite a few feet of this rope in the water on accident for a few seconds and it wicked the water greatly. Highly recommended for those who search for a lighter, smaller diameter rope still capable of handling numerous falls.

I bought the 3' equalizer. This is great for making a quick anchor. It is super super light, the rings in the middle weigh close to nothing. I can rack this on one carabiner and it never gets in the way on a climb. There isn't very much extension on the 3' setup, but if its an issue, you can tie a simple and quick overhand knot in the middle loop and problem solved. If you're using a two bolt anchor setup, simply put a clove hitch in each carabiner and problem solved yet again.

Stiff and a bit short, but nevertheless useful. Since I got it on sale I can't really complain!
