First of all it is a fully custom pad. Colors, designs, straps, etc. That was a big plus for me. So I called them up to put in an order. Josh was really cool about everything. When I dislike the most about buying things you don't see is being disappointed when you get it. I wanted a waist belt sewed in and they did it! Sweet. This would have been a typical order for Organic but I needed it sooner than their 3 week lead time for a bouldering trip. They had it to me a week before! Josh even tossed in a few extra goodies for the trip. What a guy. During the trip people were stoked on the pad and its craftsmanship. Even if your on a budget spend the extra money and get one from these guys.

PROS:
A good first shoe. Size it smaller otherwise you'll be swimming in it. Flexible. Good warm up shoe. I could wear these all day. Sticky. Great for smearing
CONS: if your feet sweat expect the dye to transfer. Not for standing on a dime edge. Stretch a lot hard to anticipate how much.

this is my warm up shoe. if buying on price there are better options in the 80-90 range. If you have a bad location your outdoor store might only have this and cheaper shoes.

Pros: Bought a 1/2 size smaller first. Felt decent when quite snug. Returned them for actual street shoe size. Very comfy when sized right. When buckled down straps dont get in the way. Beefy. Stiff center construction. Big rubber heel.
Cons:Shaped for typical feet mine aren't. heel too big for me. a lil too beefy for sensitivity but gets better after a few sessions. SMELLY! Tough to smear in. When i resole ill def go for onyx. Two density rubbers on the toe seems gimicky.

Overall madrock did what it does best. A decent cheap shoe. A big step up from the popular flash. Spend the extra $10.
