Absolutly amazing! These definatly have to be my favorite cams for fingercracks, or for odd placements. Read around. They are possibly the coolest thing since, umm.... since carabiners. They have the handmade look, kinda sketchy, but superior craftmanship. The only other cam I trust as much as Aliens are C4's....Yeah nuff said.

Prehaps the greatest thing i have ever felt on my feet. I downsized a little much, and because of that, my feet are paying a very high price. These babies do stretch a little, more on the outside, and inside edge than in length. They boost my ability to climb faces by a long shot, but I seriously dout the stiffness will last more than a couple seasons. Like another poster said, stick to sport, bouldering, deep water, and easy to moderate trad in these. Stay away from those cracks. I can't say enough about the rubber, frictions on things that shouldn't be possible. I don't really have a complaint with the shoe, just be sure to try it on in a store before you buy. I'm a five-ten man to the end, and this shoe just re-enforced that...

First pair of shoes. After a long time, and much climbing, the velcro curls up. The Edging goes downhill after a few climbs. Excellent for smearing. It does take some breaking in.
