terrific all-purpose approach shoe 5 out of 5 stars

I've had these for about 8 months and have used them to hike in the muddle patches of fl, short-to-mid level approaches at red rocks & red river gorge, some light climbing, and even street use. they excel as an approach shoe when your pack isn't too heavy and you're not trekking it for over 10 miles. as a climbing shoe they are surprisingly sticky and confidence inspiring. I've climbed up to 5.7 trad in them in nv and I know I could've easily gone up a few grades, but that's what my actual climbing shoes are for. I feel like they are holding up well and are worth the money ... although I BOUGHT MY PAIR FOR $90!

so good i own 2 pairs! 5 out of 5 stars

If you're into anasazis then you'll LOVE the new five ten eclipse. I bought them to protect my ankles on trad routes, but now I use them for gym, boulder, sport, and trad climbing! I will say that use them so often that I wore through the first pair in about 6 months. thus, I bought a second pair (for $99!) while sending the originals off to rock and resole. they are somewhat stiff, accommodate wide feet, ez on/off because of the velcro straps, and inspire confidence due to the impeccable rubber. Clipping into the biners is a cinch and I can't get enough of the snapping action ... crisp every single time over several seasons of climbing! key lock for the win

true to the test 5 out of 5 stars

I've taken a couple falls in the 5-10' range on the c4's without issue. they are use to use and seam to be bomber! the color coating for different sizes has been around for years, but I still remark at its simple efficiency.

If I had 1 wish though, it would be to see a slightly lighter version.

overall a winner 4 out of 5 stars

The reverso3 is pretty simple to use, especially since this is the 3rd rendition of it. I appreciate the varying diameter of ropes that the reverso can accomodate. the teeth on my atc have barely worn over a year or so of climbing so I can't complain.

The only downside is the notchiness when lowering a climber from top-belay. I just can't seem to get it smooth enough. for this i've simply resorted to using a grigri.

simply put, it's a great device that's simple to use and worth the $
