This pad is large and in charge. I bought it on sale, because Franklin started making the Drop Zone II. Nice gear pouch for small stuff and a closing system that keeps all your things from falling out. After falling on it for a year consistently and folding it, it has started to develop a decent gutter . . . I expected the time to come. The strap systems are decent but could use improving, it is mildly difficult to close and chair straps would be appreciated. All around, it's an amazing pad though and I reccomend it to all boulderers, from rich experts to cheap college beginners.

Lightweight, strong, and reasonably priced draws. I picked up six on sale for $9.95 each. Reccomend for those concerned about the increasing price of the commercial world of climbing, but still want top-notch gear.

Good, stiff harness with decent padding. Gear loops are basic as is the rest of harness. It is a little difficult to work with the buckle on the waist and especially with the legs. Overall though it is a cheap and well made harness that will last and is comfortable.

Very light-weight, yet sturdy and durable as well. The ergonomic grip is comfortable and the extension for the rubber grip helps transfer of height differences for quick adjustments in terrain change. New "fricklock" system works well compared to Leki. These are my first pair of trekking poles and it has made a world of a difference.

Only complaint: the bottom part (including the mud basket and plastic cover) fell off when it was lodged in-between a tree root. Jammed it back on and it hasn't happened since.
