Having been a long term Katana wearer, I decided to try these for a change.
They are amazingly sensitive yet flexible. I like to use them for bouldering, or tougher sport routes. They fit like a glove, yet due to the flexibility, no performance is lost. Still able to smear and edge. They still haven't stretched that much for me, so i'm glad I didn't downsize aggresively.

The harness shown in the picture is not the calidris. Calidris does not have adjustable leg loops, and only one buckle on the waist. Anyway, I had a Calidris for about 2 years. Liked it alot, good to sit in as well, but I didn't quite get the right size. oh, I also enjoyed the opening in the back of the harness. Believe it or not, helped keep you a bit cooler on those hot summer days.

A good basic stopper, but a good idea to supplement these with stoppers of other styles/brands

don't think that just anyone can use the gri gri. Though the auto lock feature is nice, it takes a bit of experience to learn how to use it properly. Use caution.

I love my atc. Nothing fancy about it, easy to use... after belaying lead with it for a while i find it becomes "second" nature to control rope slack and falls.

If your partner is a lot heavier than you though, you may want to consider a belay device that has variable friction, which this does not.
