Excellent nuts! I bought them as a second set to complement a set of ABC Huevos (practically identical to BD). The do fit in weird placements and feel very secure. On a few occasions placed them in very shallow cracks relying on the groove in the middle of the nut to do it's work. Very stable. The only minor minus is that the cables on small sizes is too thick which sometimes prevents placements in thin, rapidly narrowing cracks. ABCs have thineer cables on smaller sizes and fit well in these occasions.

Have to agree! For me this is the best fitting boot. Period. I have tried a variety of high end leather boots and nothing compares to these in combination of warmth, convenience of a double boot, zero heel slip/raise. Excellent on ice/snow routes.

The full set is great. I have the older, non-colorcoded version, already missing a few pieces. Very secure and hold up well the abuse. As a second set of stoppers I got DMMs and they compliment each other perfectly.
