Good rope 4 out of 5 stars

Also my first rope, picked it up onsale at gearexpress. It works well, and I haven't had any problems in it kinking. It does feel a little stiff, and it has fuzzed up a little bit more than I'd like. Overall, it's a pretty average rope, got it for a good price though.

Great 5 out of 5 stars

Great belay device, actually feels like it feeds smoother than my regular atc using my 10.5mm rope. Haven't gotten to use the top belay feature yet. But it works well in every other aspect and catches well.

Great pack 5 out of 5 stars

My first internal fram pack, works really well for crag days, hold my entire rack, draws, harness, shoes, food and water for a day at the crag plus room to spare, and a helmet strapped to the top. Have actually stuffed close to 50lbs worth of stuff in it just to see how it held up, and the load is still pretty comfortable.

Junk 1 out of 5 stars

I wore these shoes for literally two weeks of climbing at the gym 3 days a week before they absolutely fell apart, both shoes developed huge tears on the outside between where the vel latches were. Probably bad footwork on my part, but still should've held up longer. I got lucky and the store I bought them from let me return them. However, three of my friends have used them have used them with similarly poor results.

Great shoe 5 out of 5 stars

I have fairly wide, but short feet, and these shoes fit great. I've had problems in the past finding shoes that will fit my feet decently, but these have been pretty good so far. I've been using them for the past few months and they've stretched a little in the sides, but I'm sending them in for a resole soon (the gym wall eats shoes) and will get them tightened up. Great for all day sport climbing, but they're of little use for trad, but that's what 5.10 pitons are for. Would definitely recommend them.
