Excellent high-performance shoe. Great edging and smearing, padded tongue to take the bite off the laces. I use these on very technical routes, and for bouldering. Size them really tight for best performance - they don't stretch much.

Excellent all-day shoes. The heel padding makes heel-hooks damned-near impossible, but at the same time makes walk-offs or hard landings much easier. Very comfortable toe box, easy-on/easy-off velcro make them a great choice for your multipitch trad shoes. I use a pair of T-Rocks when I want to edge on a dime.

I've found that these are a good, mid-range shoe; very comfortable once they break in and a good all-day shoe, but not ones that I'd want to use for extremely technical climbing. They stretch a LOT; mine stretched one full size. However, for a wide foot they're one of the best I've found. They're also a lot less expensive than the T-Rocks or Ascents.

This harness is tres adjustable, especially the newer models with the micro-adjust elastic for the drop-seat. I have very thick legs and a long torso, and got it to fit extremely well with a minimum of fuss. I like the "fast forward" gear loops (they really do work), and the fact that I can center the belay loop. It's also very well-padded: a 5" wide, bi-level belt provides much-needed support for hanging belays or setting gym routes. The only issue I have with it is a lack of a small loop on the back, for your chalk bag - a very minor point, easily solved by getting a chalk bag belt or using some 3mm line. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Very supple rope, right out of the bag; nearly as supple as my Mammut. I got the bi-pattern, dry model; for the price, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better deal.
