Top notch! 5 out of 5 stars

I've done the gear-junkie thing and shelled out on a fair bit of stuff recently. This is one of my fave items. It's pretty comfy as a short-haul backpack. It's tough and the extra-large tarp is a useful bonus. It takes my 70m rope with space for my harness, chalk bag, a cannister of extra chalk, my belay device, a few biners, a few draws, a couple of spare t-shirts and a few sandwiches. I clip two pairs of shoes and my water bottle on the external handle. I've got another pack for taking all of that plus a rack of gear for all-day climbing, but this bag fits everything I need for sport climbing.

Good, but not great 4 out of 5 stars

Overall, I'm happy with the B-52 in most situations except when belaying a heavier climber on a smaller diameter rope on sports routes. I've found that the rope tends to want to run a little too smoothly and just the other day I let my climbing buddy down a little too quickly in the last 2-3 metres of his descent because the 9.8mm rope we were using just ran through my hands. Other than that, it's been great - it's my preferred belay device for smaller/lighter climbers. Feeding rope to a leader is extremely smooth. One little niggle - I have found that if the break rope slides around to the corner or around the corner of the belaying edge of the device, it introduces rope twist when letting a climber down. Otherwise, it's a pretty good device!

Great sport harness! 5 out of 5 stars

I've had mine for over 6 months now and climbed indoor/outdoor toprope/lead sport in it. I've taken a few big 7-8 metre whippers in it and it's been alright - a little bruising, but more than acceptable considering it's Petzl's lightweight harness. I've spent my fair share of time sitting in it while working out or suffering on tougher routes and it's pretty comfy too. Highsly recommended for sports climbing, but now that I'm getting into trad/multi-pitch, I'm on the hunt for something a bit beefier.
