Love these cams! Great for small cracks and pockets and when it comes to holding a fall, these little buggers do it! I rarely place my cams, but when I do I always look to my Aliens first.

Have not bought this item due to the fact that I know someone that has one and have used his. Just like any "forearm" trainer, it's worthless in my opinion. What makes this one worse, it's cheap plastic and spring deisgn isn't worth the almost 14 bucks they ask for it. If you want a forearm trainer, there is no substitute for actual climbing. If you can't get to the gym or the crag as often as you like, lift weights. They do twice as much in half the time. If anything, squeeze a tennis ball. Cheaper and you get the same, does-almost-nothing result.

Love the bottles. The are "unbreakable" as I accidently dropped one (full) from about 50 feet. It only sustained scratches. Also, the wide mouth design serves two great purposes; it makes it easy to slug water in mass quantities and adapts to my MSR purifier and pumps purified water straight into the bottle. They clip nice to a rack anything with a biner as well.

Just right for two on the go. This is the set that I own. Sturdy and light and big enough to cook just about anything. The lid doubles as a fry pan. Fast and light.

Light weight and self-inflating. However, my only problem with this product is that it didn't offer as much support as its much cheaper cousin the Ridge Rest.
