A co-worker sent this to me as an example of the Seagull Manager style of management. Fly in at the last minute, make a lot of noise, and crap all over everything.

I climb in an area where is is actually a common occurance! Climbing seaside crag in the spring/early summer when the gulls have young - as soon as you are within' a couple meters of a nest, you know it because you're being dive bombed!
