Hangboard Set Up with Weight Removed

This is my sweet hangboard set up with my beautiful wife, Janelle, posing for me. Notice the two pulleys used to REMOVE 25lbs from Janelle during this particular set. Note the stopwatch immediately in front of her and the chalkbag at the ready for chalking between reps. Also, the hanboard is hung just at the right height for her.

What kind of pulleys did you use and where did you buy them? I tried using some cheap units from the local hardware store, but the friction is so bad that I don't think I'll get any resolution in keeping track of the counterweight used. I then upgraded to $20 Harken blocks used for sailing. These work better, but they still make a lot of noise and the friction problem reappears when I add ~40lbs counterweight. I guess I can either get stronger to reduce the counterweight, give up on resolution, or try to find a better counterweight...
