Larry Lin on Hidden Treasure (5.12a) at Jackson Falls

Larry Lin on Hidden Treasure (5.12a) at Jackson Falls

After climbing the Lovely Arete to the left of this route I managed to convince Larry to climb Hidden Treasure (mostly because I knew the pics would turn out good). Larry left some skin behind but I think he'll be quite happy with the photos.

Thanks J. It's a shame he didn't get past the 3rd clip to the real crimp-action part - that would have given me some nice opportunities.

Rock on dude yet another climb i have yet to nail (though ill be honest ive only bouldered to the second clip- before peeling) -- its good to see people are still climbing hard at Jax and pushing some of the harder climbs -- excellent climb you rock wish i could have been there

I lead the route after he came down and by the time I was done my pants looked like I sat down in the pool of water under the falls. I don't think I ever worked my ass off that hard on any route before. -- next time I go I'll do this on Fragile Egos. It's a sweet technical route that's at least twice as long as this one. Should allow for some great shots. Thanks for the comments/votes :)

There just is not enough chalk on that hold. Nice pic though, especially for a sport climb! But, it looks like your pal forgot to say, "Cheese!".

Yeah, who cares about his skin as long as you got the shot? (Which is very nice, btw).

One thing I will never understand is how several people rated this a "2"
