I remember doing that route in 1998 I think. The route is even better to climb than it looks.

That's a beautiful route, and a nice picture. I would like it even better if the gear had been jerked before the photo was shot.

just to dispell some of the critcisms/questions i am the climber in the picture and just wanted to explain that this was my warmup and first ever climb at the Red, matt climbed it then lowered a bit and swung to a tree to get the shot but we were lazy and didn't feel like having him lower pull all the gear then climb it on TR to swing over to the tree, it was just a warm up and because i'm new at trad i put tape gloves on because my hands get chewed and i thought i might hand jam...thanks to matt for taking an amazing shot, this and rock wars are the best trad routes i have ever done
