Love the perspective. Makes the boulder problem look very tall, yet the "spotter" doesn't seem to care one bit.
isnt that more of a route rather than a boulder?? nice shot
neat photo but ARE U F'n CRAZY!!! no spotter, pads are all wrong, and ur drop zone is a root and a rock - no thanks
Philly - yer spot on, it's actually a pretty popular route (Dream Weaver, The Queen)...TR it, lead it, boulder it, solo it...whatever suits ya
reg, the pads are definitely in the 'drop zone', not that trav needs them, but he arranged them how he wanted, then cruised it...
Trippy pic... Those 2 tress behind him add so much to the pic.
love it... go boy
This looks amazing!! How hard is this problem?
It's a good route!
thats a cool spot, and for me its soloing, the spotter should be better, doesnt matter if this guy is a kick ass climber, a hold can break, NICE PIC atpeaceinbozeman
Fantastic shot. How tall is that problem?
WTF is a spotter gonna do besides get hurt? Better just to stand by with cell phone in hand....
probably don't want to fall on your spotter (or at all for that matter) when the crux comes at almost 30'. one of the more committing lines on Travis's queen rock circuit...
drop zone looks on target. think about physics.
the dog is in the drop zone!!!! AAAHHHhhhh
Badass - I'd love to try it, and yes it looks more like a solo...
He probably arranged the pads and had a spot for when they mattered, before he entered the death zone.
Nice climb, Travis--I'm sure many people (myself included) have given that climb a "free solo" look, and walked away not wanting to deal with its reality, sooo tasty.
