I bet Steven was feeling the runs in his pants at this point. He had the worst smelling farts I have ever witnessed on that trip.

It's a guy by the name of Dustin Cruseturner. I asked him if I could shoot him on this climb. He said no..... The white out sky sucked, but the cloudy day really made for some saturation of the colors...

Very cool. That place is really sweet. I wish I could do that route. Not possible for me.

It was about 2-3 weeks ago. The next day half of those leaves had blown off and were on the ground.
.....the blur effectively focuses the attention on the climber and aesthetics of the route in the photo.

He had a spotter below him with his arms fully extended up. The fisheye scrunches the pic a bit.........that is how it's a highball.

4 out of 5 stars The composition is wonderful. I thought it could have been a fisheye at first as well. Great, great composition. What if the guy had a bright red t-shirt on?

I agree with nuts_bolts. I like to see climbing photography with more perspective. Espcially if you are in a beautiful area; show it in the photo. Are you 2 ft off the ground or 20? Obviously if your backdrop sucks, then the shot you have is what you go with. The side lighting is pretty cool....up the exposure and contrast and see what you get.

5 out of 5 stars Did you have to take two shots and blend them to compensate for land and sky exposure? Wow, that is an amazing shot. Crazy beautiful....

5 out of 5 stars Beautiful shot. I would say it's safe to say that he is not attempting self promotion, rather he puts his signature at the bottom so peeps don't steal his pics for their own purposes. That photo is sweet enough that I'd steal it!!! :)
