Man, those holds sure look teeny. Awesome perspective and great effort on setting up the shot.

Kixrox, you funny!

This guy put up early hard 14's in the Barstow area that many high level climbers could not repeat. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on the boldness factor of this route.

That photo really catures the feel of climbing in the Eastern US. I can almost feel the dense humidity and dripping sweat.

This is one of the easiest climbss anywhere... until you get on it.

You're a rad chick. Nice action on ths steeps.

Ditto.

You can FEEL the exposure. Good shot.

That looks like a stout 5.10d. Looks strenuous and technical. A well framed shot too.

Nice shot, great composition. I love Santa Barbara.

That problem is a series of strenuous and awkward moves. Alexandre is obviously stronger than dirt. Great shot, a solid 8.

That has been one of my favorite climbing shots for years. It looks like he's climbing a bent-over, granite buttocks.

Beautiful shot.

Love the panoramic view. Beautiful.

I've spent many weekends at Sunset over 20 years there and you shot it like an exotic locale. I didn't even recognize it! Great to see the trend of including landscape in the shots. A solid 9.

POWER!!! Very aesthetic shot.

February cranking in Montana. Gotta love those Chinooks. Cool shot.

I need to get on the Gutbuster 2000 and get back in shape! The background makes the shot.

Watch out for the hungry Lake Trout! Cool shot.

Pure intensity. Somebody REALLY knows how to frame a shot and get a great angle. This may be my favorite shot of the year. Everything came together perfectly.

Monaco rules! Not the best rock on the continent, but it's still my favorite place to cimb in Europe.

Beautiful rock and looks like a great line.

Cool butt crack. Kind of reminds me of:

Great shot! The background really makes the climbing action pop. Looks hard for the grade.

I thought that was from South Africa, Venezuela, or Australia at first. Love seeing the surroundings on cool climbing shots.

Wouldn't want to try that on a classic Southern hot, humid, summer day. You would slide right off the sweaty spotters.

Looks like a band of the Shawgunks made out of grit. Cool line, looks like fun.

Beautiful rock! The features are of reminiscent of climbs I did in the Lake district of NW England.

I remember when that was still a 5.12 A0! Basass test piece standing the test of time. Cool shot of a great send.

Good shot, and the B & W gives it a timeless, vintage look.

I am always impressed how BVB could suss out the stellar lines at Woodson.

Good technique! I hope some French climber see this and realize.

WOW! Where do I start. Great to see a vert route showing precarious movement and technical difficulty.

Australia's the highest per capita in cool climbing shots, hands down. This is another prime example, and it's not even on streaked orange rock.

That is an amazing wall! That sure as heck ain't no woody. The layout is great and the convex portion not only shows originality and smarts (not an easy design to pull off), it makes for some incredible training angles that translate well to pocketed French limestone with inset holds.

That looks quite a bit harder than 12d from that cool shot.

Great shot and those are some big smiles of relief after a hard day on a big wall. Karen passed away in a climbing accident in WV earlier in this year. RIP.

Well framed shot.

That sheep can mantel that sloper with a single dyno, no prob.

Among my favorite shots. Looks like the temps were just cool enough some extra friction.
