Nice shot! The rock looks so immense, you look like an ant.
Looks like a tricky clip to make. Nice Pic!
Wow that looks cool, what was it that kept you from sending? It looks like you almost have it there.
Not exactly the 'light is right' ethic is it? Looks like a lot of fun though- nice shot!
Ouch!! unghh that looks like it SUCKED!
Nice, check out that rope! Wheeeeee!
Cool shot, I love the B/W although it seems a little purplish. Was that intended? Nice pic anyway, looks like a cool problem.
Nice shot Jason, I love the glacier in the background, gives perspective of what that sort of climbing really feels like.
I think this is probably the best shot on this site. SO RAD. 10 all the way.
Very nice, I don't think it was too much. I'm... er... gonna do the same thing next time Climbing comes to take shots of me and my friends climbing lol.
The rock was bad, and so was the ice, pic lost a little in the scan -thanks though.
What a cool shot! I love how the sun is making diagonal lines intersecting with the vertical ones of the arete. The coloration is so nice too! Nice one.
Thanks, your comments are always appreciated. I hate scanners too.
This is a neat shot, I love the rope running paralell to the crack. Looks like good pro too. Uh...Mui Bien! lol
Man that guy can climb! Love the focus in the eyes. I'll have to do that route next time I'm in the area... bwahahahahahahah...
Great shot! When I see pictures like this the little voices in my head start with the "move to Alaska" thing all over again. Damned voices!
Th pic was actually level to the ground, the horizon is tilted because those are the Boise foothills in the back ground. Thanks for the comment;'}
Hmmm... someday. Nice shot, very nice climbing, incredible.
Nice pic man, but you need to grow your hair out. ha ha.
Really nice shot! Somebody loves you, to wait for you to summit to get the pic. Who took this?
Easily the best shot on the site currently. I love the clarity of his facial expression. You can almost read his thoughts.
Way to watch your climber. "Falling"... huh?
NICE SHOT! Cool colors. Very nice.
Ahhh, I love the Sawtooths. When were you there?
Nice pic. Makes me want to learn to aid.
*Pucker* Dude, I have BEEN THERE. Watching that no. 5 bd nut spinning ever downward to the piece below it always seems to renew my vigor for bomber placements. Nice angle on the shot.
That rock looks really fun.
Nice shot, the position of the climber gives the eye a nice line to follow from bottom to top, and the backdrop is sweet. I like it.
I love this shot!
Wow, is that one of the guys from the Meat Puppets?
Where's the climber?
Cool shot. Looks like there are some very large dung beetles haunting about too. Careful!
Yeah. That looks pretty nice.
If by "book", you mean "chalkbag", then yes, he does. Nice shot Jorg.
You get a "10" for not posting yet another sport or bouldering photo... what rope?
I like it.
Nice Shot nice effect.
mmmkay... now what?
Little thin? Nice work.
Neat shot, I love the rest of the glacier in the background, and the feel of action from the rope and flying snow.
Yeah, that's a good one. Today's winner for sure.
Nice job man. Five pics posted, five worthwhile shots. What's this? Actual content? Hmmm.
Whoa! look at the mits on that dude, his hands must be the size of dinner plates! Oh, and sweet pic Jörg.
Wow, did you enhance the color on the lake at all, or is that the photo as it was printed / downloaded?
Very interesting photo. Nice job.
By any chance was this shot taken by your goldfish?
Leave your glove in the leash and place your screw with your hand. It's quicker. Nice work man.
I like it.
Yeah, great climbing shot, especially for your profile.
Dude, your photos are inspiring a trip to South Africa. Appreciate the great shots.
Ooooh, good one. This shot looks so "real". The belayer with rope coils hanging down, the shadows, the impending weather in the background. Love It!
What a great area. I need to visit.
I'm going on a hunch that there was some chemical abuse going on here, and I'm not talking about the stove fuel. P.S. best profile pic on the site.
Damn she climbs hard! Every picture of this girl is cooler than the last one. Nice job
"That's a man baby!" -Austin Powers
Is it just me, or does that route look kind of reachy?
Quothe the Raven: "Nevermore".
Wow, nice lead! You are tougher than me Aimeerose ;^/
Excellent! This is a great excerpt of what Alpine climbing is about. Those perfect moments that you can't quite capture for those who weren't there. Except... you did! And for the record, I LOVE the tent in the foreground. P.S. How was the route?
Bitchin' tights Thomas!
Hey copperhead, I don't think he bolted the route. Easy boy.
Nice pic btw.
Wow. That's hilarious! New entry to the gumby hall of fame.
One of my favorite places in the world. Nice shot.
.12c offwidths... shudder.
Looks a little exposed for my tastes. Get some gear in DUDE!
This shot is way better than the ratings it's getting. I love the focus on the hands.
Nice shot. Where is that guy's helmet?
THAT is sweet! I'm stunned.
Michael Stipe is a boulderer???
Some kids do little league, some do worthwhile sports. Nice drop knee kid.
I really like the light on this one.
Hey kids, bored of climbing vertically, or even horizintaly? Try past horizontal clipping at the end of your reach, it's all the rage..... man do I ever suck.
That looks way sketchy. Cams in shallow pockets... shudder.
I like this.
Heh. It's an orangeoverhang. Nice pic.
Hey can I get a little cardboard cutout for my rearview mirror?
More Alpine photos! Nice work.
I like the anticipation in this shot.
WOW!!! Phenominal!!! That rock is unreal!
Don't know the bacteria count but the Gatorade cap count is at least three.
Isn't this the route that Philbox was recently playing superman on?
Looks like a hip belay too. Little dude has style.
Wow, I will remember your story of this route for a while I think Phil. Nice shot BTW Neil.
Used to be a spire. But as time went on...
What?? Naw it looks bomber. I'd park my truck up there.
Man, how do you get this sort of perspective? Do you use a boom? or does the area lend itself to these photos that look as if the photogroapher was floating away from the rock ten feet? Incredible.
So glad you put this photo back on Jason. So, like, take me there ^ this winter dude. I need to climb that... WI6... my knees are already shaking.
Heh. Looks pretty polished up.
That's a good one orange, tells a story. Did he send?
That looks insanely difficult.
Good photo. I particularly like the crash pad.
"Looks like his left shoe to me... grrrr I'm an annnnnimal -bertman"
I can see both shoes, but I can see the color on his RIGHT shoe. heh.
mmmmmmm, I can't wait for winter dude. Nice shot as usual.
nice shot, nice username. heh.
guesse that'll happen when your forearms are the size of calves.
looks a little like the city. cool rock. good shot as usual.
Easily...easily, far and away, the best shot on this site IMO. Absolutely steller. Kudos.
Cool route. Short and steep.
How were the routes there?
What's with this guy, he looks like he hasn't been laid in a MONTH!!
They'll think of telling you to STFU.
...someone's in for an interesting descent.
The tree adds great perspective and color IMO. That looks WAY stout. My new favorite Jorg.
Your photos of this area make me want to go there and climb that grit. I will be there someday.
It kinda looks like God is short-roping you.
Looks like it should be in the back window of a Ford Ranchero, or the cover of a Meat Loaf album called "Sport Out Of Hell"
F'ing great shot Hill. He looks like he's out for a stroll in the park. Gneisse.
No comment left
I love it.
Count on it marks thanks.
Roughster, I love this one man. The shadows make it. Is this a scan? I bet the print is crisp and perfect. Anyway, great shot dude.
cool shot. Nice route name.
hahahahaha dingus! That's great.
Placing gear (rp's?) from that stance might be an interesting propositon, I can feel my hips cramping even now (shudder).
Nice, reminds me of the old photos hanging all over the Sun Valley Lodge.. except without Lucille Ball or Robert Redford.
This could be my favorite climbing shot ever. It just explains how I feel about climing without a single word. Kudos. This is a superior shot.
Is there a cooler name to have as a climber than "Jimmy Stout"? I think not.
Did he come off after this? Nice shot.
Nice, that was fun.
Bwahahaha hey Beth, it's an 11a finger crack, all gear. Guesse who needs to learn to look at the routes db... BUSTED!!!1 (grin).
Done and done. nice shot.
You're like, SO hard core. -6
Hmmm. I need to go to Tucson soon.
I love the mountains behind. Such an interesting shot. 10.
I'm a slabosaurus.
well. i am a total puss.
why not a figure 4?
Oh no! She's on the front page!!11 Persevere everyone. heh
YOUNG MAN, YOU GET DOWN FROM THERE THIS INSTANT, YOU ARE GOING TO BREAK YOUR NECK!1
what a nice looking line.
that's nice and all. but if you don't know the names and grades of the problems then how do you judge your self-worth? i don't get it.
oh my god this problem hurts. nice send. nice photo
what a colors indeed. what... a... colors... indeeed.
...or the BeeGees.
Incidentally areyoumydude, your slacklining shots are ALL REALLY GREAT. Keep it up.
God, every pic I see of looking glass just makes me drool. That granite looks fukking lucious.
what a colors.
congrats!! i remember those days. heh.
heh, I hear that. http://www.rockclimbing.com/photos.php?Action=Show&PhotoID=33563
I like it. I can almost feel that rock.
"Oh you simpley MUST get to the big stone this summer. It's simply FAAABULOUS!! Cup o' tea then James? Shall we? Lets then. Righto!"
Dingus you rule! 10! 10!
*Hey buddy, keep your slobber off my crack!*
-man if I had a nickle for every time...
anyone else have a sudden urge to go buy a toyota?
superb j_ung. captures the vibe of a stout trad lead perfectly. and it makes me want to visit the area. this should be rated much higher than it is.
What a scoop!
Twenty bucks says some retard posts a "what's wrong with this picture" thread. HEY EVERYONE, LETS HAVE ANOTHER ARGUMENT ABOUT TOPROPING!!
Wow! 21 feet huh? The biggest fall I've ever taken was only 19 feet 7 inches.
ninjaslut, that is what happy looks like when you are on .10b slab.
OMG! this is a great shot. i really like it. the_pirate, you have a great eye... or two i suppose.... but evidently not three.
nice pic treebeard. oh the joyous hours i have spent on that hunk of sandstone. good to see the local boyz reprezent.
How was the route mike? Nice shot.
Oh dear, now I've gone bright red.
Nice, this route is high on my tick list.
OMG!! PHOTOSHOP BULLSH-T CRAPP!!11 YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMMED!
Sorry, I know it's not p-shopped, just I thought I'd get that inevitability out of the way for us all. Niiice whipper!
Excuse me guys, hate to rain on your parade, but orangeoverhang didn't say the climber was soloing. He didn't even imply it. Read the description smart kids, and realize this fact. When you are done reading, lower your glance down to the climber's right ankle, and you will see the rope, not removed by photoshop at all, but in plain view the entire time. Now don't you all feel silly?
indeed, we have some of the most beautiful graffiti here in idaho.
whatever tim. you know you need it.
hallo. i am moises the leezard. i am the moises of all leezards that have ever lived. there is no leezard who is moiser than me. if, at some point i start to dry out, i drink water so that i always stay very mois.
ooooooh. good one.
larry, cans are for ameteurs dude.
awww christ! that's not good.
.10c, not too baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.
your gun is digging into my hip.
mmmm. reminds me of home.
you know, this is pretty good and everything... but boy, i sure do wish there were a lizard on the problem also, like maybe above her head, or off to the right a bit. and maybe with a cute little chalk bag or a rope on it's tail hehehehehehehehehehe. seriously though guys, something to think about for next time.
...you gotta ask yourself one question... do i feel lucky? well... do ya?
hey. i have a shirt like that.
*sean blinks* *shakes head* *looks back at compy screen* *frowns * *peers down into his beer bottle* *shakes head* *blinks* *looks at screen* *turns head 90 degrees to the left* *blinks* *tosses beer into trash* *shrugs* *goes back to making rude comments underneath everyone's photos*
can you say it twice?
CENTURY 21 IS PROUD TO WELCOM JOHN BORLAND TO THE TEAM.
...reno. calm down. you're going to break your swamp cooler if you keep doing that.
RING LOKKS 4LYFE!11 nice work. did he send?
i don't know ski babe. that sounds about like my general relationship with my belayers... and we're all HILARIOUS.
way to keep a clear head on lead.
ice screws are pretty multi-directional. but you don't fall on ice.
"hey fellas! Big Gulps eh? allright!! wellp... see ya later!"
not sure why, but i like this one best of all your alcove shots.
...and so the guy says, "HELP ME FIND MY KEYS AND WE'LL DRIVE OUT OF HERE!!" ... sorry everyone i had to say it cause mtngeo isn't able to right now.
this is sort of like porn for climbing nerds. "OMG! thirty quickdraws, that is so HOT!"
soulslinger... how appropos.
no, he's trying to cover his nose.
wtf indeed my friend. W..T... F... indeed.
no doubt climbsomething. good eye. +2 beer snob points for you and plus 3.5 for maaaaasheep. *glug glug glug*
you're going to need a vacume cleaner with a narrow wand, and about fifteen minutes of absolute privacy.
interesting coincidence... my feet are actually Latvian. easternblocappendages4lyfe!1
those are the best mornings. i like it.
you guys sound like a couple of fourth grade tv junkies with overactive imaginations. HEY.. WANNA PLAY LEGOS AFTER SCHOOL???!!1
wow. what a great shot.
joe, nice to see you posting up some photos again. superb bro.
jenfu - say hi to john malkovich for me.
hey wait! that's my project you're on dammit!
amen brother. you said it all here.
what's a bishop??? what's a boulder? what's a traverse?? i live under a rock. are you my mommy?
i know an allen peters merril, did he ever live in idaho?
climbsomething, you're being a little presumptive aren't you? maybe rwaltermyer just meant he has to get to some hueco... somewhere. maybe he just feels more comfortable and warm when he is sitting inside of a hueco. maybe he saw this, remembered that fact, and thought, "i have to get to 'my' hueco". or perhaps he was sort of just imagining the climber's inner dialogue as he set up for the big dyno. you know like superman, "must...get...to....hueco!!1" sheesh!
killer shades dude!1
nice, dude is so focused. he's committed and he's going, forgetting everything else but the moves. great shot.
i like all three, but imo, this is your best shot of this route j_ung. i have to know what that goes at, the routes DB didn't say. looks way stout.
wow. that was alot funnier when i had three beers in me. nice shot anyway merock.
ya you betcha.
neat shot. a stand out in the sea of rc.com photos. 10.
paradise forks looks like alot of fun.
it's going to be a hell of a ride.
and i bet the toilet at the top flushes backwards too huh?
unreal. destined for the front page.
ooooh good one. i wanna go to paradise forks fo sho'.
VERY NICE. your story tells alot about chamonix, indirectly. i really must go there. thanks for posting this.
hmmmm, hmmm, hmmm, just another day parusing the photos of rockclimbingdotco... OH MY GOD LOOK AT THAT AMAZING BORDER 10!10!10! MY LIFE IS CHANGEED 4EVER!!!!!111
is she leading or seconding? nice either way.
i've said it before and i'll say it again: what's so bad about being a minotaur?
that crack looks inviting.
that's it. i'm moving to flagstaff.
props hill. run that sh!t out!
heh. nice. i saw the shot of ambler seconding, and i don't blame you. now go get some high-life in you and start healing up eh?
and you are causing me to seriously consider figuring out where the hell new hampshire is. that's in europe right?
ok, you can be a *belay star* reno.
i wish someone would take a picture of me that was this cool.
top-roping is for sissies.
proud fellas, proud.
god i miss that rock.
ok hill, deal. BTW, blue and red horizontal stripes are the new black. i'm like, SO next year.
yup that's skyline fo sho. climber is just at the fun bit, friction traverse to the second crack, 15 more feet of good pro, then like a 30+ foot runout to the top. great capture of one of the best 5.8's i've ever done.
you are a bad ass.
nice shot dbrayack, nice send black beard.
man, i'm no photo critic but i love this. the climber is sort of anonymous. something about the shadows on his face and the DOF. he just looks very focused, and kind of out in that world that only climbers know about. props, this is great.
not funny ha ha, but...
might be a good shot if you weren't toproping. i mean come on, get on the sharp end!
i'm trying to figure out what's going on with his left hand. is he playing 'got your nose'?
it looks kinda pissed j_ung. had you remembered your pigeon spray?
well i think that if you aren't leading at least 11.b on gear by the age of four, you will most likely never be able to call yourself a real climber. and it has to be passive gear too, none of those sissy CRAMALOTS.
proud. keep at it.
haha joe. he's a spitting image. that's hilarious.
hey! i have a sweater just like that!
man! if only there were a whole bunch of horizontal and vertical cracks in all directions at eye level so that you didn't have to place a piece at your ankles... OH WAIT....WAIT A SECOND... i think i might see something.
heh. looks to me like you prefer it bending over.
good god man!
yeah, in all seriousness, it is pretty good. better than any photo i have posted. and big props on the lead.
NICE. wish this was bigger.
in area: mainstreet. noice.
i think this is one of the best in your stellar album mshore. the little red house is a nice touch.
wow! has anyone else checked out mike's website? fucking amazing stuff man. seriously.
the hat is allright, but those glasses are SO FINE.
sick is right. 9 for the photo, 10 for the story.
sort of a small, sad, epitaph of the recent disaster. i usually hate landscapes and scenery, but i like this. thanks for posting it.
yet another underated stellar trad shot from at peace. we have got to go climbing my friend. nice one.
very nice once again.
HELL YES. are there more like it at the new? i always thought that was mainly a sport climbing destination.
note to self. grab rack. head east.
bark bark photoshopped bark, bark bark #*!%-ing bark, bark. bark what shutter speed and apperature? bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark.... rectum??? you damn near killed em!!!1-tuco
hey ron. t-shirt courtesy of sharpie eh? cute kid.
i did visit your site man. really good stuff.
oh, and also props for replacing old gear fellas. thanks.
it's not nice to make fun of people's stumps.
oh is that all?
HEY!!! i have a hat just like that!!
hmmmmmm. interesting. i think i will be bastardizing this idea very soon.
tsk. you'll never get a shot published in a major area guidebook this way.
hmmmmm, dim and underexposed. but like, he's famous right? so 10++!! YAY!!1 also... his athelete profile thing is a dead link. also, since reading the name of this problem, i have decided to turn away from the evils of capitalism and american pop culture so that my mind will no longer be dark, so like... nice going there JK, you changed my life. also, i think that is a silly haircut.
hangover + overhang = you have time to check your knot and pick out a cushy LZ, before touching down. nice.
fuck yeah. nuther good one fellas.
hahaha. seductive colorado women with horse ranches are the domain of fools!1 all these old shots are great morcomm. thanks for posting them.
nice shot and all, but there has got to be more to life than just being really, really, really, ridiculously good-looking.
looks great. nice shot.
coming out of him!? ewwwww.
yeah treebeard, i'd be down. i'm at table rock a few times a week, hit the cliffs when i can, and make it down to the city from time to time. let me know.
was this in idaho treebeard? payette lake maybe?
he looks 'just' tough enough that i wouldn't give him shit about having an eagle tattoo.
but you posted it here anyway. stellar image.
man. why have i not been to the valley yet? seriously. i suck.
sport climbing? *cough* sissy.
proud send. ignore the armchair climbers.
heh. a bit different. i dig it.
that... looks... SCHAAAAWEEEET!
another 10 mshore. great colors.
yeah, mike your routes over there are great. we've been hanging there and easter island recently. most of it is still a little too hard for me, but i'm working the routes, getting closer.
these mags are so entertaining, they are informative without losing their sense of climbing culture. grover. you are my new hero. big bird is dead to me now.
hey hill, project bandaloop called, they want their gay, pony tailed, artsy, political asylum seeking, dancers back.
i like it. one of your best.
yes, a wind block. we built it when we bivied here the night before. we had really high winds that night and the next day, higher than i've experienced anywhere else. good times, good times.
from the bottom i look like patrick duffy... i don't know what that means.
everything but the topout. i dropped out at the lip like the frightened little bunny that i am.
i agree with jut. this photo is novel, but pretty contrived. doesn't really do anything for me but whutev. ohp!... oh no... i've said something contrary to all of the rest of you! quick! hurry everyone! go to my profile and start taking pot shots at me like a bunch of insecure little asshats!
i see your point phil. to be literal, all photos are contrived, however some are more-so than others. personally the photos i find inspiring are the ones which make you forget it's a photo, the ones which take you into the moment. but it's personal; and subjective, i know. to each his own.
i am really not trying to be a hater here, i swear. i just think it's funny that people fire up the torches and gather the lynch mob every time someone pees on their cornflakes. i doubt jut has even looked at this pic since he posted, but every one is like "oh yeah? well you look like a NEEERRRRRDD!!!hahahahahah1!11" dumb.
good on ya phil.
OMG!!1 CALL CPS!11
nice job son. proud lead.
*ahem* giza, i think you mean a cananadian flag.
really cool shot merock.
scotch is aid.
OH MY GOD!1 i have got to get down there.
just one more peice of evidence in my I WANNA CLIMB AT THE FORKS case file.
no doubt. really fun place.
ooh i have GOT to get on that thing. what size is the crack vic?
smashing photo, but what in the hell is up with your arm man? is that a trick of light or an old injury?
ooooohhh, i can see it now that i have stopped weeping in terror.
i smell a rural climber cover shot.
markd, what is the name of this route?
taking a photo of a route named after soundgarden's best song: +8pts, misquoting billy corgan: -2pts. picture of john denver climbing a 5.10 handcrack: +2 pts.
final score: 8 pts.
i am sorry if you feel bad. you shouldn't feel that this reflects negatively on you as a person. i am but a messenger, and thusly, limited by the criteria of my grading system. it's ok though, take heart, for you can still earn bonus points if you can accurately quote either john denver or chris cornell.
no no no, isn't that the guy from the sopranos?
that's a beaut.
looks like a very nice pitch indeed.
good call. how did you know?
nice paul. i'll come along when i am finally a boise resident again. how did you like the rock pitch at the top?
lovely mate. top shot!
because this is the internet. DUH!
mmmm mmmm mmmmm. makes me salivate just to think about getting on those splitterz again. nice shot alexc.
wait a second. hard approach??? you mean the boat ride???
what's the grade?
PSSSHHHH. NO NO THIS ISN'T IDAHO. HAHAHA IT WAS A FUNNY LITTLE PRANK... SO NO NEED TO COME HERE IN YOUR SUBARU. THAT'S RIGHT, ALL THE GOOD MOUNTAINS ARE IN COLORADO AND CALIFORNIA. IDAHO IS TOTALLY FLAT AND ALL WE EVER EAT IS POTATOS. I REPEAT, STAY IN BOULDER. THERE IS NOTHING TO SEE HERE.
car to car guys? STOUUUT!
congrats fellas. nice work.
10 10 10. OH MY HECK CLIMBING HOTTIES ROCK MY DOMEZ !!11111
personally i think we're pretty good on panoramas, but we could use a few more bananaramas. oh yeah, THAT would be soooo money.
clausti: it's sandstone so it gives you quite a bit of friction. not slick just sick. you'd probably love it.
I'M YOUR VENUS! I'M YOUR FIRE! WHAT'S YOUR DESIRE!!!?
any way you could make it a little bigger? thanks.
pshhh, i fully understand the graffiti, isn't it just SO obvious?
also, i voted a seven BVB, mainly because i was put off by the blur, not my cup of tea, but i could see it going either way.
heh, perfect. back in the day henry barber spent a little time in boise. the guys i have talked to who were around then say that he would basically waltz into town, onsight the hardest thing anyone had ever seen, on total shit pro, call it 5.9 and go home. he has an FA at table rock which he did by free soloing up it, pausing for a second, then free solo down-climbing it (again, this is second or third hand so it may or may not be factual). either way, the route is EFFING HARD!
hey merrick did allen used to live in idaho?
that thar is a lot of rock.
nice. did you top out?
hahaha. "it's a pretty chronic route brah."
yeah but is there any good bouldering there?
wow. looks extremely stout. proud lead lightrack.
yeah owl roof did this to me. have you done it atpeaceinbozeman? i'm still nursing scabs.
i am like... SO there.
it would be better if you could see its face.
where did you shoot this from?
me, fail english? that's unpossible!
original and interesting.
well super_steve, this little blankie is made from a special fabric, woven of extremely dense polymers. so dense, in fact, that it is completely impervious to sarcasm. i mean nothing gets through. amazing huh?
man, we were looking at this thing last time i was down there. 30seconds from the campsite. really sucks i missed you guys. next time for realz.
and i'm just jealous.
yeah but not really though.
the crack house frikkin rulz. also: come on, please give me back my underwear man, my mom is gonna KILL me.
heheh. *think light*.
HHHALLO. I AM MOISES THE LIZARD. OH MY GOD LOOK AT ME!11 I AM SOOO MOISE!1 NO OTHER LIZARD COULD EVER BE THIS MOISE. SO I GUESS THAT MAKES ME THE MOISES EH?
excuse me, may i interject? you people calling fake on this photo, i think you must all be f---ing retard weakmos. it's the only explanation. the only person who would call fake on a stellar shot such as this, is the person who would need to fake it themselves. you can't imagine someone climbing something so improbable, you can't imagine being able to capture the image so perfectly, and this makes you feel inferior, which is good since you ACTUALLY ARE inferior, you wastes of harness webbing and choad sweat. mshore doesn't need to fake photos because mshore and his crew, unlike you all, can pull harder than my dead grandmother. proud shot and proud send fellas. f--- the nay sayers.
oh, ok then. as long as you are still able to climb it on gear i guess it's cool that it was thoughtlessly rapp-bolted. i WAS kind of worried there for a second though.
the splintered telephone pole descent didn't sound too enticing. i should still have topped out though. for shame.
thanks hill. that thing was sooooo sweet.
often imitated, seldom equaled.
perfect locks on that thing. nice job.
the number one is just about worthless now, the .5 at least still moves without me pulling the lobes apart manually.
that looks veerrrry nice.
watch it reno or i'll spit beer all over you... wait.. nevermind.
nice tom. looks rad. is this near the creek then?
oooh i like it. man, france just has so much appeal.
10+. beautiful moment man. so good, it's bound to bring out all the haters whining about how he is dressed. heh.
das reeeaal purty.
yeah, totally. having a great time is like SO last year!
THIS IS JUST A TRIBUTE111!
i wasn't gonna say anything, but those pads look kind of placed too.
TEHN. beautiful stone.
nice send kole. good to see that you still haven't washed your jeans since i climbed with you in november.
heh. mark, i'm not convinced. i'm coming to see for myself this spring.
that's rad. really. nice job valarie.
hey everyone, sean here. if you could all just shut the fuck up about the jeans, that would be great. ok thanks. very nice photo.
goog GAWD but the forks rocks my dome.
wow, this one just went on my tick list.
jesus. full moon?
submit this to a mag romper, it is perfect.
those are all the bones of the other routes kevin chewed up and spit out clean that day.
lern too spel.com. f_cktard salad tosser.
heh. dude, kalcario, you are the quintessential player hater. is it ok if somebody besides you climbs hard? is that ok with you? it's sad man, i'm sure i and others could learn a great deal about climbing from you, if it were possible to ignore what an insecure asswipe you are online. propers on the photo and the send fellas, regardless of which anchors you clipped.
yo vic. flashing V3. nice. seems that bishop has been treating you very well. nice send. great pic.
um, i think he's roped up.
i'm so envy too.
hey brent, i think she's using them to clip her gear to the rope.
i don't think you can fall out of jams that good unless you try. nice looking line tim.
it makes me want to leave texas forever too, and i've never even been to texas.
nice photo, different is good. nice send bros.
armchair internet climbing is SO fresh.
10, for the climbing and the moment.
valberga, it's 5.11 because of a slightly tricky start, and an overhanging thin hands section down lower. nice shot.
GET IN THERE SON!1

too much is never enough. nicely done hombre.
fresh. the in sound from way out. nice work.
that looks like some really nice stone. nice work as usual fellows.

very nice lead sophie. i have a daughter near your age who also climbs so this picture makes me smile.
only 5.4? pffffffffff i'm stronger.

"go man, i've totally got you."
that is filthy.

awwww christ, that's it! i'm going.

golly, what a nice lookin crag.
INVALID! face hold dab.
this is one of the finest climbing photos ever snapped and you know it.
joe, you have got to be fucking KIDDING me! did you really? are you alright?
you know... because if you cling too tightly, you're going to lose control. think about it.
i once heard it's better to hold on loosely
cool man! what?
classic. I SAID GET BACK IN THERE SON!
hey, fucking armchair internet salad tossers, go onsight this and then get back to us about the rack.
funny, i noticed the tallness as well.
we need body rockin, not perfection. let me get some action from the back section.
i really love this.
oh, so true. when i first saw this photo i thought, "boy, someone certainly has gone to great lengths to maintain authenticity here!" then i realized it was just ben, who, of course, ALWAYS keeps it real. thanks ben, could've easily gone the other way.
heh. cool. did you send?
i like it. my spanish is poor... is "mira un buho", "it watches an owl"?
heh. if you regularly climb 13b flakes while nesting RPs these bolts might be a big disappointment for you. everyone else should probably shut up. nice photo.
now here's something different.
nice looking stone.
nice perspective. where is this area?
lovely looking line. great photo.
look deepplay, i'm as against bolting cracks as anyone. but since so far none of us here has, or likely could, climb this particular .13b "crack" while placing what looks to be at least suspect, if not totally worthless pro. and since the route looks to be basically a large flake. and since all we have to go on is this one single internet snapshot. do you think perhaps you might be a bit premature in your judgement of this thing as being "protectable"? all i'm saying is this: running your mouth about not bolting this thing is meaningless. if you think it can be done on gear, pull those bolts and go to town.
it's like a flashback
so shake your ass crack
this route is 5.7?
ohp. harness dab.
i suggest looking within for the solution valarc. perhaps if you're able to transcend your obvious and profound insecurity and hair trigger egotism, maybe you won't have to interpret every photo comment as a personal affront to the photographer, subject, or your momma. at the very least it'll make you seem less like a whiny little internet bitch, and more like real person with a sense of humor. i think it's at least worth a try.
montana strikes again.
it's near mccall idaho.
nice composition. the muted colors are cool too.
nice photo/send kids.
this is a five.
man, that thing looks pure as the driven snow. .12a fingers is your bitch vic. nice send.
nice shirt kevin.
oh yes, this is going strait to the front page.
i like it.
and hot damn.
this is simply phenominal.
if you look closely, in the background you can see a group of dogs playing poker.
for what it's worth, nearly every hard sport climbing send is done with the draws already hung.
nice shot. what the fuck does "over climbed" mean?
i once took two advil while atop a boulder prob. waayyyhayyhayyy more gnar than this.
holy juxtaposition batman!
heh, of course. hey atpeace, i saw this on the front page and instantly knew who took it. you're definately developing a distinct style my friend. nice work as usual.
different and cool.
haha, nice to know that alf is still alive and kicking. great shot.
how much did it cost?
