Interesting aspect, especially with the contour lines.
Insane. Would that be considered runout for that route??? :D
Where's your Bosch??? You are going to have some tired arms....
Was that a Rainbow Trout?? Or a Brookie??
Mystical pic of the Carrage road.
I love the lines in this pic.
It fits into the old's cool values... There are many routes world-wide that were overcome with the shoulder stand. Some after the 1st pitch.
OW??? WTF??? THAT looks like a WIDE crack, ney off-width... Guess I'm in for a road trip to find out... Nice commentary!!
If you hadn't mentioned the Converse's I definately would have mentioned something about them .. Nice shot!!! Great location!!!
Actually, just clipped a #3 Camalot and getting ready to pull the strenous crux sequence.
What a compelling photo. The lines, the sun flare, the attention of the bystanders, the sense of urgency, and the appearacne of height definately make this photo. Awesome composition!!!!
You should put this into print... Exellent photo. Yes, Exellent photo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dooooood, that's bomber!!!!!
Your eyes are a bit fuzzy... lol. Nice shot.
There is so much going on in this shot. It is amazing.
This is a good picture of you.
Hehehe Great climb!!!
3 pics to make this... Awesome job, and good climb!!
Light is right..
But it is fun to be a whore sometimes.
Almost a no-hands no feet rest.
You'll casually note that our "Pro" on the right isn't climbing it in the purest form, but is STANDING on a bolt and is holding onto the draw with his HAND...
I think the shot is $$. And the fact that the climber doesn't pop out in the image is a good thing.
Is that a toprope I see? Seems like a legitimate lead to me.... Except where's your rack?
Was this a photoshop job or an actual double exposure? good, but the colors are all flat.
I've been there in similar conditions. Damn it cold. But the descent was totally worth it.
Ha ha ha... Love it!!
Why is there a pregnancy chart in a medical station in Iraq?
Is that a tree you're climbing?
... And I have been under the impression that you were old, and fat, and gray, and grumpy, and short...
Interesting use of depth of field to show the height of the climb. Artistically intuitive.
It is poor form for one to rate thier own photo....
There's nothing special about this picture. It's composed well, the lighting is good, the subject appears to be doing something. Unfortunately the drool is because you can see a boob shadow.
Porto - imported from Portugal. Damn fine port too.
OMG!!!!1111!!1! 3uR3 G0nn4 F4llZ!!!!!!

That looks like third class terrain...
Dude, that boulder is soooooo badass.
I always thought that this was just a random pile of grap that appeared to be a rack. But now I notice that all the junk surrounds a kid!
What has this sport come to? Now we're gym climbing on real rock. That's it, I'm going to start carrying epoxy and a few holds whenever I decide to do my next FA.
This picture screams "SAFETY"
I want my trowel back...
Two, and that's for originality.
Would love to see the slacker more in the middle of the line. The suspense, with the slacker near the start, is low.
It was an epic day.
WTF is this?
I've always had a liking for columnar formations. Good shot.
Have a hand grenade, clown!
That's pitch one.
Of all the butt shots I've seen, this is most imressive. If only for the scale of the stem and the continuity of the time required for the stem. Must have been an awesome climb.
I don't know, but you may be comitting some sort of ethical violation.
What's with the face?
That's a nice boulder.
Outstanding. I had to look twice, and this definately made me chuckle.
Several climbs exist in this area. Most of them start right on the ocean and head up a few hundred feet. The most notable is Super Rain, a 900' 5.10 that is almost dead vertical all the way. Thoughtful and exposed crux. It was a stellar day, and I remember the experience as being one of the quieter days I spent in Japan.
Ogawayama Crack, a 5 star classic.
Ogawayama Crack. 5.9
It's a beautiful climb. FA was by a woman and lead entirely on hexes and nuts. Give the 5.10a/b on the back side of this formation a go.
That looks VERY similar to a climb in Japan. I bet that it climbs great!
Majestic. I like how the photographer pulls us into the situation by catching the subject in an inspirational non-intimidating, yet college cute pose.
Haha love it!
I believe you were belaying me.
Are those overalls???
May we meet in a higher place some day. Rest in peace.
are those socks you're wearing with flip-flops?
Tilting the picture does not make the climb harder.
No, I put the fun in Dysfunctional.
What a better way to capture urban exploration at its finest. Hong Kong is still one of my favorite cities in the world. Great shot!
I love it!!!
Huh, And here I thought of you as some crochety old guy...
Get your foot off the ground!!!
I know orange is the new spandex, but combining the two just negates the purpose...
I kan has klimbing?
Where is this?
Chossmonkey really made this send look easy.
Nah, he did poke the hole in it though.
He has active-passive pro in the shape of a beerz kan. That's gearz enough!
I think it would have been better if it were a wider shot.
I really like it
I miss the gorge.. I had tons of fun there.
Yor just jeluz eye take good pics.
How is this boulderinging?
Holy clustercrap of an anchor! No comment on everything else...
This is horrible.
Teh fakt taht yor kanadian iz enugh tew fawk wik ewe, eh?
The flavor-savor. It rulz!!!
You're at the first bolt.... just.... just quit climbing now and save yourself the shame.
<-- Those stars are for blood!
