gblauer: look at the rope clipped in the next bolt; he's not even risking a real fall. No helmet needed.

Hey, that's me! Actually, I fell all over the place on that route (the 'cake' was hard, heh)---I dogged to the last bolt eventually, but had no idea how to do the crux. At the time I had only sent one 12a, so it was definitely way out of my league. Oh and btw demafia, it was more like 6 months---i started at the end of april '03 and that was in october IIRC :)

4 out of 5 stars Actually, xanx, there has been a bird living in that jug lately---it flies out when you grab it.

if you're just a little shorter you can clip straddling the tufa he's underclinging.

Nah, wasn't back-clipped (look at the webbing---my gates face the same way when you straighten it, and that'll leave the rope coming out of the climber end).

The route ends after you top out. There's a couple bolts on top for you to TR it if you want.

5 out of 5 stars Actually, I think this is Shakti if I remember the name right. Whatever it was, I was well gripped on it, whatever camhead says! Nice shot, Merrick.

Definitely tilted. That first half of the route is only a few degrees overhanging.
