also the line of the edge of the clif is blurred... cut the clif out and place it on a new layer ABOVE the background layer.

the bg needs to be more blurred in order to achieve the correct depth of field effect your going for. try selecting the bg and running a gausian blur over it... play witht he settings until you get the desired effect...
