That was the piece that connected the dyneema stem to the axle, the dyneema was looped up and over the bolt that you can see.

5 out of 5 stars Yeah, I took this pic as I was rapping off the route. I placed it approximately 1 body length above my previous piece, and i placed my next piece another body length above this one. This cam was placed about half way up a 100 ft route. (I hung and bounced on it while backed up on the rappel).
