If you'll notice the gear that I'm placeing, its a purple Wild County Zero. It's the smallest cam on the market and tested at like 300 lbs. So leave me alone I know what I'm doing! huh sed?

You guys don't understand I'm testing my rope to see how bad my rope can get and still hold a fall. I'm doing research for a book called How to Climb (for STUPID people).

There is an unwritten rule in J-Tree, the gear must be placed no more than 24" apart. Dale those look to be 25" if it happens again I will have to be forced to tell on you.

I Just tried to red point it yesterday in near blizzard conditions. I was in the last two holds in the crack and blew it going for the rail at the top. My last piece (a .5) was below the one in the picture. I loggeged a 50 Footer. Note for next time "When in doubt, run it out, unless your going to deck!!!"

One of those death blocks on that route left a nice little scar on my right knee when we very first started cleaning it. I wish I was there to help with the fun but SLC is where it's at.
