I fixed your picture for you (lightened it and added contrast.)
<a href="http://people.clemson.edu/~beamer/cathedrals.jpg">Hope you like it.</a>
this is just a profile pic... i didn't expect it to be an inspirational shot or anything
nick, you are one goofy looking dude
On the lower climber, there is more light on both his hands and his face. I"m not sure where this light is coming from, or even if its natural, but it kinda makes the picture look unreal. You'll notice the upper climbers right foot is almost completely in shadow, yet less that a foot over, the face is clearly lit. Might want to adjust the brightness in order to make it look more realistic.
what's up with the horizon comments? its a great shot. maybe he's up so high the earth looks curved. :-)
Yeah, I probably should have been wearing a helmet.
Photoshop or not... its hilarious.
This is quite possibly one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
Beauty in its finest.... I'm a married man too...I'm a married man too...I'm a married man too...I'm a married man too...I'm a married man too...I'm a married man too...
It was more of a horizontal swinging-type dyno. She needed to push off, keep one hand on, then reach with the other. You're more or less looking at what would be slightly before her release point.
howdy man... remember me? i top-roped that thing right after you. I'll agree... nice lead. congrats
oh man thats so awesome... where the heck is this? how did you protect?
cute, nice back muscles... sounds like we've got a new potential candidate for Stone Nudes 2005
His belayer got a workout too. He called 'take' quite a few times on the way up... not as many times as me though :-)
That's an incredible picture. Great color and focal point, along with the awesome looking boulders.
jesus h. christ people! its a PROFILE pic. all she did was post it, exactly the place it should have been. don't give her a hard time because the members of rc.com gave it a high rating.
awesome pic man... really shows the climber vs. the wall, yet set within his environment. captures everything about climbing, if you ask me.
pop it into photoshop, play with the contrast... ya, that would be a sweet poster... you could even give it a headline: "Crap. It's what comes out of your bottom."
Man, Andy... you are one big hunk of steaming manliness.
how come you can't see the superior belayer who's got him!? nice ascent, adam!
ya... i'd fall off that faster than a lead balloon. nice job.
are those Evolv Kaos you're wearing?
25... she's barely 5'4" though...
I'm not posing! This is the crux sequence, remember? I'm torqued out! :-)
Once again a profile pic of a cute girl makes the front page. I know somebody is warming up to flame her, but I don't want to see any disparaging comments about this girl just because she posted a cute profile pic in the right place. YOU people voted her up there.
We were going to make it unrateable, but after all this flaming commentary, we've decided to leave it up until you slackers vote it off. Nya nyaa nyaaaa!
yeah, i still gotta give cred to adam for leading this thing in traditional style... i can barely clean it for him...
You have to use the right cracks... there's a reason its 5.10b...
enough with the top-rope nonesense. 11b isn't easy for any of us.
I'll remember that ever-so-positive thought next time: "Josh Janes says I should be climbing 5.11s. This 5.10 crux is easy."
You were, dear.
I'll second rrrAdam on that crappy spray paint. Some bastards showed up within the past few weeks (as of 8/4/04) and put more racist crap in the slab area.
