Ahhh....love that Moab/Castle Valley area. I'll be there around the end of March too, see ya on the towers (err, well actually north Chimney of Castleton for this girl)!

View this Photo
I feel for him, I did that route on a chilly December morning as well. But it's still way fun!!!

View this Photo
Nice move. But how does your harness stay on with no legs?

View this Photo
Oh man, I want to grab my parka and be there!! Awesome pic, I can almost feel the cold wind blowing on me.

View this Photo
Wow, that's a great pic. Old climbing pics are the best. And your grandfather was a hottie!

Gorgeous shot!!! The colors are stunning. Love how you framed the tree silhouette on the right.

View this Photo
Where's your spotter? Oops, I see it...the orchid, right? That's awesome dude, I wish I had a second floor in my apartment to try this myself.

Anything in IC gets thumbs up from me. Wish you could have got a little more of the blue sky in though as contrast. But the pic is stil good enough for me to sit here at work and sigh....ahhhhh Supercrack. Wish I was there.

View this Photo
Great color, great framing...this is mag quality. Nice work.

View this Photo
Gorgeous. Love the emerald green water against the snow.

View this Photo
Very cool. Great color and quality for being shot through a plane window.

View this Photo
nice, I can almost taste the snow. Is that Huascaran in the background?

View this Photo
Damn you're lucky!! That is so much prettier than my drive home to LA from Yosemite. Trade ya!!

View this Photo
Damn that's a beautiful looking place.

Love the full moon, cool angle with the cam directly on the pavement.

View this Photo
To me that looks like FUN!!!! Only a 2 hour summit approach?

View this Photo
I like the jammies he's wearing as pants. Or at least they kinda look like jammies. Nice pic.

View this Photo
That rock is gorgeous, climb looks like a hell of a challenge. Did he just get to the first clip there?

View this Photo
Oh man...I wish I was there. Stunning shot. And that granite looks mouth-watering!

View this Photo
Great perspective! Love how the climber's footprints trail off into the distance. Makes me want to see what he's heading towards in the other direction.

View this Photo
WOW!! I think this is one of the most gorgeous shots I've seen on this site in some time. The color is amazing.

Holy crap...that is stunning. I think I've found a new screen saver pic. Excellent job yeti.

View this Photo
Holy golly...that blue sky against the rock is incredible. I heard they don't get many gorgeous sunny days down there so what a lovely cloudless shot.

Mmmmmm orange sandstone crack (*insert Homer Simpson drool noise here*). I'm drooling. Can't wait to see it in person soon! Great pic, 10!

Damn, where's his trampoline? Anything in Moab area rates a 10 with me! Ahh, spring snowmelt on the LaSals in the background. Looks awesome.

And Jack dared tell me once that MY hair was a strange color??

View this Photo
Wow, I gotta get up there next season. That is STUNNING! Hey, is the last pitch of 3rd pillar the most fun 5.9 in the world like the book says haha?

View this Photo
This is why I'm learning aid climbing. It doesn't get better than this.

View this Photo
mmmm....nice back muscles! Oh yeah, his climb looks cool too.

View this Photo
Is he tied in via his neck?? He DOES look like he's a monkey on a leash. I don't know why, but this pic made me laugh. Your hair looks as fabulous as I remembered it tho Mikey! How much did the wind machine cost??

View this Photo
I like it...the earth tones are actually really sharp. And I can't believe that alpine looking setting is Nevada!??!

Man, that little Corgi is working the jams! With those cute little stubby legs that can't be easy hehe!! What an adorable pic.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars It's my friend Tom's van. It was the only vehicle parked there at the turnouts all day. I love it when you have Yosemite all to yourself like that.

View this Photo
The color is gorgeous. But if he's leading, where's all his gear? Is this a sport route?

View this Photo
Love the calm expression. And the angle makes his arm and hand look huge, with that wingspan of course he's calm hehe!!

View this Photo
0 out of 5 stars Her foot isn't even off the ground???!! Like this pic would have rated the same if it was some nerdy looking guy? Not meaning to be catty, but it looks totally posed.

View this Photo
Good composition and color. And yeah, that is one fine climber dude!!

View this Photo
Sweet!! Love his shadow against the rock. Looking at his legs and flying aiders I can almost feel the swing of the penji!

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars Holy crap, now THIS is a perspective shot. Seeing that lone climber really accentuates how grand El Cap is.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars I loved this climb...and you got it on a sunny day! Ah Moab. Great shot. Love how you can faintly see one of the peaks in the LaSals far off in the background left.

View this Photo
Gorgeous Karl. What time of year did you take this?

View this Photo
jam baby jam!! Congrats on the onsight.

View this Photo
Jesus Karl, I'm gonna have to make this my new screensaver...to replace the one of yours that I made earlier in the week with another of your Captain pics!! They just keep getting better.

View this Photo
I love that area, it's so remote and rarely travelled. Do you have a color pic? That sky would be azure blue and the cliff bands glowing red and orange I'd imagine. Either way, nice shot.

View this Photo
Congrats Ricardo, that's so awesome!!

View this Photo
Wow...now those are some bright lycra pants LOL. Climb looks good.

View this Photo
Yep, I agree on the ten. Great shot.

Nice back!!! You'll get it soon.

View this Photo
Just gotta ask...what's with all the pics of Gunks climbers on this site all wearing funky bright lycra tights? Is that normal climbing tog there? Great looking route tho.

View this Photo
Karl, I think you've outdone your Yosemite pics with this one. Absolutely stunning 10+

View this Photo
suuuuuuuuuhweet!!!! And no crashpad!

View this Photo
Great shot. I feel the warm rock just looking at it. Like the shadow of the photog looming above the climber.

View this Photo
GREAT perspective on that. You can see how much wear those corners have had over the years. Nice work Telly. Who is the climber? Nice arms working! I take it this pic wasn't taken super recently, I could only wish for weather that warm there in December LOL!!!

View this Photo
Nice pic. I woulda said this was circa 1974 when I first saw it. Dude has that awesome 'fro. Looks classic.

View this Photo
He is very limber!

View this Photo
It's Moab so I gotta rate it high. God, looking at the stone this pic makes me wanna drive out there right now and go head up Zenyatta Entrada.

View this Photo
Damn that's gorgeous. I think I've found a new screensaver pic!!

View this Photo
Cool pic but it looks like there was a massive chalk explosion in the area. Looks like whoever did the route before her was a MAJOR chalk-a-holic hehe!!

View this Photo
Stunning. It almost looks like a painting.

View this Photo
Damn, nice shot. With the clouds and the clarity it looks like it was photoshopped with the climber inserted into the pic. But you can tell it's real from the axe shadow.

View this Photo
Nice shot Bryan. Is Lost Arrow Spire to the right of the photo range? How many pitches was the new route?

View this Photo
God that place is amazing. Anything IC rates a 10 by me on principle alone, but that climb looks schweet!!!! How tall is that beast?

View this Photo
Hilary's pants have a sweet rip in the butt, but all Alex has is a big rip in the knee!!! Nice Alex.

View this Photo
mmmmm....me likey!!

View this Photo
wearing the Evolvs....you're with the program!

View this Photo
Yes, this is real. I've seen it on a number of websites for the area. It's been around awhile cause I had it as a screensaver well over a year ago. I think the view is from the northern end of Shafer Trail in Canyonlands before you get to the little mining area of Potash. The LaSal mountains are in the background. The tallest peak there is over 12,000 ft. It appears from this pic it is right after a recent snowstorm cause usually the snow level isn't that low. Ok, enough of my babbling. It's an old shot, but a good one.

View this Photo
Thanks edge (and Bryan), cause I was wondering if this pic was part of the various slabs that have fallen off it over the years since. Nice pic edge! Those must have been some good times.

View this Photo
Resplendant indeed. Gorgeous.

View this Photo
I can't turn away, it's like a painting. Gorgeous. But a better scan would make it even better.

View this Photo
Kristen you just puked up Half Dome!!! Schweet!

View this Photo
Wow, this is one of the most serenely beautiful shots in awhile around here. Makes me wish I was sitting right there. Nice work!

View this Photo
Well of course it's easy to climb Everest when you are 3,000 feet TALL hehe!! It would only be 10 1/2 pitches!

View this Photo
gorgeous!! So a 10! Love how small the climbers are in comparison to the vastness of the crevass.

View this Photo
not only does the licken look cool, that climber is looking pretty fine too!

View this Photo
Gorgeous. I so gotta get to Australia.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars Since I took this shot, I give it a 10.

View this Photo
I like it...the lighting makes the colors interesting. But 45 mins for a 60 ft bolted climb? Is it 5.12 or something?

View this Photo
Great pic...nice use of the Sierra in the backdrop. Climber's form looks so solid.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars Stunning....makes you feel like you're right there. At least I wish I was. Definitely 10.

5 out of 5 stars Amazing shot. Makes you feel right there. Thanks for sharing this with us!!!

View this Photo
1 out of 5 stars Umm, is this a profile pic or should we be looking at a rock? I mean, we can all stand up against a rock and have our photo taken, but it would be nice to actually see her climbing something. Otherwise, it's just another photo.

View this Photo
Simply stunning. A 10 if there ever was one.

View this Photo
Ahhh Sedona. The sunsets there are amazing.

View this Photo
gorgeous color....that stone looks so warm and inviting.

View this Photo
must...get..self...to...Australia. Damn there are some amazing pics on this site of Oz climbs. And they all look so unique.

View this Photo
Lovely. And nice description as to the peaks we're looking at!

View this Photo
God I wish I was there. But I agree, wider lens would make this even more awesome to look at.

View this Photo
See, there is such a thing as climbing year round! Nice work guys, making the most of winter.

View this Photo
I didn't know the Blue Man Group guys climbed! Sweet!

View this Photo
Looks like a number of spots in SoCal. Lots of sprawl and smog.

Stunning. I envy anyone who has climbed to the point where they know what the inside of that hut looks like. What does the inside of that hut contain??

View this Photo
Nice back...err..I mean shot!

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars Wow!! I think this is my new favorite pic on the site. The scope, the shadow as the route descends, the white/blue contrast. It's a pleasure to look at. Thanks for sharing this vertx!

View this Photo
This is definitely the coolest slacklining shot I've seen...ever possibily. The ones of highlining the Rostrum and LAS Tip are pretty impressive...but a goddamn glacier???? I would love to see this from other angles eiliv, how'd they set the anchors?

View this Photo
I gotta say, this is very easy on the eyes. Nice to see it keep popping up on the front page.

View this Photo
Nice job MONKEY BOY!!!!

Damn....some of the best photos on this site are from the Grampians...is it possible to take a bad picture there? Gorgeous color!

View this Photo

View this Photo
Wow, legless bouldering!! Dude must have some strong fingers.

View this Photo
Nice pic...you kinda remind me of Henry Barber in it.

View this Photo
YAY!!! About time we see shots of girls sending highballs. Nice work Carol! Better than the usual "look at her ass even though she's only one move off the ground" chick bouldering shots you usually see around here hehe!!

View this Photo
It's a great bivy spot as well...til the damn boulderers come along and roust you in the morning so they can boulder hehe!

View this Photo
Fix the lines and from the base you can do the Alcove Swing...good times.

5 out of 5 stars Heh, it's okay kodos. My partner for this climb called me dude the entire weekend. Then again he calls everyone dude.

View this Photo
My mouth waters just looking up. I wouldn't be able to stop where you were....what an amazing sea of granite above.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars Awww...and the LaSals still have snow on them. But you aided it??? Isn't that the Owl? It's soft 5.9. Did you aid the north face? Ah hell, it's Moab so it's still a 10.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars Sweet bozeman, I'll have to check it out next week. Always interesting finding the lesser travelled towers there. Sure does look like the Owl.

View this Photo
Heh, I don't think I'd quantify Nervous in Suburbia as a sport route. Bolted yes, but too heady to be sport. Nice job on the lead! Helps to have your car with the beer cooler only 3 feet away on Potash!

View this Photo
Heh, love the way you cropped it so it didn't include the lovely Potash Rd, which messes up the beauty of most Potash climbing shots. 30 Seconds is a great first Moab climb for so many.

View this Photo
5 out of 5 stars WOW!!! The driest desert on earth. Sure is beautiful.

View this Photo
You beat me to it theboss!! I was gonna say hey look, Harry Potter grew up and turned to Bouldering!

View this Photo
2 out of 5 stars Good grief, why is it whenever a pic of a girl climbing is posted it's all about if she's hot or not. Us ladies need to step up and start judging all the guy pics on whether he's a looker or not, not what he's climbing. This pic is kinda average though. The light is nice, but that's about it.
