yeah, the colors were great that year, and to sort of head things off at the pass, i did not monkey with the red balance. just an awesome fall and fuji velvia on a long exposure
mike_ok, i don't think so, but i don't know steve. btw, thanks for the comment. i don't comment much either.
socal, the rating is settled to a general consensus 5.12b
yo joe, Fujia Velvia shot through a Canon Rebel.
i feel your pain. thank god for power drills.
actually, the crux is the next 15' or so, in photo.
very overcast day, long exposure, cheap lens (that's why it looks fuzzy). if only i had $1200 to drop on an L-series....
oh yeah, that is a waterfall in front of/above the climber
not erratics in the technical sense of the word (i'm not sure if glaciers made it down here.) i'm lazy; i often use that as a catch-all term for satellite boulders. i guess a better term would be "products of mass shedding."
shot taken in the fall, kind of a wet season, i haven't seen the waterfall run like that since either.
yeah man, rob was the guy doin' pacos tacos
Nice black and white, but needs a little action
excellent perspective, I dig the sense of vertigo the weird angle of the base lends to this shot
wot's the roof into the top out like?
Hmm, let me rephrase that. A 2nd first ascent? Looks to be the second route on the wall.
nice, like the light on the rocks in the foreground
Freakin' hilarious description of bolting the anchors Mitch. How 'bout a story revealing where the name originated.
