3 out of 5 stars why do guys always feel obligated to comment about a girl's "tats" every time there is a picture of them sending something hard.

View this Photo
5.10, dave is a "thinker" though. glad you liked the photo. cheers, matt

thank you so much. the only way to get better is through constructive criticism. your comments are valid and appreciated. cheers, matt

i took this photo in febuary. the puddle was not that large. i actually had to lay the camera on the ground to get the angle of the reflection. as you can tell, it barely worked. it would not be the same pic if glenn's butt was cropped out int he reflection. haha

this shot was taken with a nikon f5 with a nikon 80-200mm lens at 2.8 with fuji velvia 100f film. i shoot the f5, and now i have a nikon d2x digital slr. if you have any other questions feel free to pm me. cheers, matt

of course photoshop was used, but only for color balance and a slight crop from the original slide.

View this Photo
it was late afternoon and the boulder's face was shaded, but it was still bright out.

whether or not she wore pants was not an option. i am not that type of photographer.

View this Photo
yup.

View this Photo
nice tits!

View this Photo
you must have been the guy that gave this photo a 4. hahaha. again, other than color and crop, there was no photoshop done. thanks to everyone for the compliments. i'll try to keep them coming. cheers, matt

View this Photo
ehhh i have to agree with thomas. it isn't one of my better shots IMO

View this Photo
no this wasn't a tilt shift. i can't afford one of those. instead i bought a $15 dollar UV filter and smeared the edges of it with clear nail polish. in certainly created a different look. i am glad it inspired you to login. i hope all is well. cheers, matt

View this Photo
how did i answer your question before you asked? that's crazy!

View this Photo
1.8 but great eye. you really know your lenses.

my dad paid for bentley's first lap dance at a swanky strip club in hueco. i think bentley was ten or eleven at the time. i think she weighed about 180lbs. i guess he recovered ok.

View this Photo
awesome. what a great shot to capture the send.

View this Photo
yeah the colors are spot on. it could be your screen's hue. i know on my g-friends lap top the colors look a little off too. i'm glad you liked the composition. i think you would appreciate the pic more if you could see the slide, but so it goes. be well! cheers, matt

how do you say, "where the hell is this?" in spanish?

4 out of 5 stars nice shot tim, it looks like you used some additional lighting to highlight the climber. nice touch.

thomas you are the shit!!!!! i like your straight forward no holds barred honesty. you are my best critic.

View this Photo
if i recall is was somewhere between 8 and 11 seconds at f11(i think) with a polorized filter and an 82a filter stacked

is this the same sam davis that once lived in soddy daisy, TN?

View this Photo
no i used a reflector and manual adjusted the exposure to get the desired look. oh wait, that question was obviously asked in jest (i hope). hahaha

yet another lawsuit i need to deal with. that is just fantastic!

i guess i got lucky, because i hadn't noticed that before

5 out of 5 stars say no to color on this one. brilliant. kudos to you on this one!

View this Photo
i shot numerous slides of this image. the focal point in this one is the image in the water. i have other slides where the focal point is on the climber and not the reflection, but they are in the hands of others right now.

View this Photo
great perspective as always shawn. i always enjoy your work. cheers, matt

you know i should really rip on you for this picture considering all the remarks you have made about mine, but this one is just to easy.

a 3??? really? could the person who cast that vote please give their explaination for why this photo lacks any merit. thanks, matt

4 out of 5 stars its ok andy can't spell either. great shot. way tto highlight the route and not just the colors. this shot takes you there. good job.

i don't get the resizing crap because a lot of the photos i submit look like shit on this website. it must be me. maybe i should clean my lens. seriously, any pointers would help. i do 150 dpi on 3x5 image size to get the required 800x800pexil image requirements.

3 out of 5 stars i have to agree with sidepull on this one. not about the the half eaten finger but about the leaves being placed. it would have been less obvious if they were a bit more random in their placement. nice photo otherwise. kudos

View this Photo
i wish i knew who the person is who keeps bombing my photos with 5's and 6's. talk about being passive aggressive.

View this Photo
thanks for the props guys. cheers, matt

View this Photo
2 out of 5 stars cool light chris, and a very good job of placing all the brown leaves on the ground so they appeared natural. did, you use off camera strobes on this one or a reflector? nice balance of light either way.

View this Photo
hahaha. i guess someother people or one person with way to much time on their hands has decided 3s and 4s were a more appropriate score for this photo. this photo is going to the bottom of the pile folks. haha. i love the internet

View this Photo
2 out of 5 stars actually, i have quit using copyright info on my photos. if you register your images, and someone does use it without your explicit written permission, you are entitled to compensation. even without a lawyer, you are going to get the top end of photoquote for your image.

a shallow depth of field causes close objects appear out of focus in this case it was an outcrop about 10 feet from me (sammy was about 50 feet from me). objects far away will seem out of focus too. it was shot with a 2.8 lens. there was absolutely no ps on this other than levels.

i import them there to make crowders look good.

thanks for the props and the suggestions. this shot is f2.8 at 200mm. i could have gotten closer but i liked the way the trees and the rock lead the eye to the climber.

has access to the boulders been sorted out yet? by the way, i am a douchebag, a mediocre photog, who still breast feeds, uses psuedo names while posting on the interweb, i whine, i bitch, i squibble, i lack a sense of humor, and i dabble, but i love to climb.
