I believe Heiroglyphic Canyon is a little to the left (west)....at least the mouth of the canyon is obscured by the low hill in the lower left.

It was a science trip. Joe Shannon, a Prof at NAU drove the boat. I do a science trip or two on the GC about every 4-5 years. Tough work.
