Here is my ten year old, second time out... climbing the easy (rappel) site at John Bryan.

Me, shortly after falling 25-35 feet to the ground. THIS is what a person going in to shock looks like.

Rope burns to my hand after falling... perhaps I should re-think "gloves are for whimps." These took a month to get new skin on, and the burn doc says it'll be close to a year before the hand is fully healed. Be careful up there!

this is my girlfriend climbing at john bryant, shes just starting out and realy seems to enjoy it, this is the perfect place for a beginer to come and top rope.
